The head gasket can leak oil from the pressure...

The head gasket can leak oil from the pressure passage hole in the gasket.

Had it happen once on a 944S.

EDIT And yes, clean completely, leak detector dye, UV light in a dark shop :thumbup:

Stock DME, maybe + 0x% fuel setting at DEM selector at most.

Porting probably a waste. Match ports to gaskets and leave at that.
