I'm not changing the oil. This is a fresh engine build and and trying to minimize the time to pressurize the oil galleys during cranking.

" BTW, oil passages are called galleys, not galleries...

+1 on the valve cover gasket.
Try to use the type with the silicone bead on them. Don't over torque. It also looks like some of the valve cover studs need a little Loctite Blue. :)
