any idea what springs are on the car? 944s are very softly sprung from the factory.
if they are stock they would have evenly spaced coils and probably some green or blue paint dots.

I have *never* had a factory stud break or fail on me.
I have had several of the aftermarket stainless/copper nut kits fail even during initial installation. Pure garbage.
