Tifo - love the stories. Great way to make a point.

Can you mount the tires yourself or will you have a shop do it? I'm interested to see if they are careful enough not to mess up all your work. Very nice job. Is it for the red car, or another...

I watched this last night and noticed the 944. I saw that it had a radio antenna on the front fender, marking it as an early 944. Later on the coroner refers to it as an '87 Porsche. Nope, too...

I'm glad you at least got to pass that guy before you got called in. I was getting annoyed just watching the video that you had to slow down for him in the twisties.

I used an outdoor grade Scotch product. It was kind of like a double sided foam tape, very similar to the original material that lost grip.

The picture on the package showed it being used to...

Blower Speed Slowing Down, then back

Hmmm. Hot day in Milwaukee, A/C is blowing cold, but I can hear the fan slowing down and then speeding back up at random, or at least not related to speed of the engine or anything I can tell.

Hmmm...I wonder if my clutch has been replaced?

My 86 944na has about 135,000 miles. I got it with 109,000.

I never found a record of the clutch being replaced so I assumed I was living on borrowed time with the old rubber dampened clutch.
