Suggest you compare it with another GT as their cams do give a rougher idle than (say) an S4. That's why the idle speed is set to 775rpm on the GT rather than the S4's 675rpm.

Check there isn't a short on any of the injector plugs. If you disconnect one injector, then measure the resistance on the disconnected plug you should get 18/7 ohms about 2.5 ohms.
Not a short.
