I highly doubt you have a bad ring or even spent valve seals if your compression numbers are good and equal which I think 135 is. Tell us more about this "not getting full" boost, what does that mean?

a) you don't have experience with reliable cars, or
b) you are the exception
I enjoy having my 951 and I maintain it...

never tried oil in the intake but finding leaks is as easy as sticking your hands down there and feeling around (while car is cool of course). I've been able to easily find pinhole leaks this way.
