I've had 2 991.2 GT3s. The first had iron brakes, the current one has PCCBs. I track a lot, so I recently swapped out the PCCBs for Girodisc....

If it was a track car, then it is just a tad too expensive. If it was an executives car used mostly on the street, then its a good deal.
