When my rear brakes were replaced, the dealer accidentally had bent the thin protective plate behind the brakes and it was rubbing on the rotor causing a sound exactly similar to what you describe....

Thanks Guys for the responses on the tire. Decided to go with the Yokos since they are available. What a great price on TR too! Can't beat that. It'll be nice to get these noisy Hankooks off.

Bolt was not hard to remove. I even used a T-something (maybe 45?) vs the proper triple square. Just make sure you remove the plastic railing covers on the back of the seat before you tilt it back...
