Here is a picture of the actual mount I had. The longer bolt is in the front of the picture.

Yup, that looks right. It comes with a bolt and nut to attach to the engine carrier. I bought a longer bolt as the supplied one was about 10mm shorter relative to the stock hydraulic mount.

We have a winner. I pulled the DRL relay and both the headlights and the fog lights work. I'll try a new DRL relay in the near future to see if it's the relay, or some of the wiring in that system....
