I'm changing mine tomorrow, i ordered a new reg for $175us from a Porsche dealer and i also ordered new rivets since i'm going to drill out the old ones. *Fingers crossed*

This. Make sure the road force numbers are low, under 13lbs. I would recommend under 10lbs and put the lowest numbers up front and biggest number on rear right.

Sure, but when you replace those 2 handles they will still not work :)

Look up KESSY issues, the unit probably needs to be solder with new parts, but I would investigate further.

It's just a facelift technically. The interior is pretty much identical. Depending on options that each CTT has, the 2004 could have better options than the 2008.

Also you are lucky you dont have parking sensors, as they can only be painted once and then you need new ones.
