I have done everything on your list and don't think 20 hours is out of line at all. Ride height / corner balance and full 993 alignment can take hours on its own as you go back and start over after...

Should be around $45 or less + shipping



The 993 part # is about $10 cheaper but will not fit with your blower housing

Mid to High 30's is probably realistic, but they will offer less, agree with the comment about 30K + the car, even if you don't want to part it yourself you could sell it...
