And yeah the a pillar gussets are all dimple die'ed.

But yes, turbo lag & Low comp has a play in it.

Im not sure on the exact terms, but is there suppose to be play in the 2 output shafts that the CV joints bolt onto on the gearbox? mine has some play (side to side movement) in it which does worry...

Both would work but i'd go the 660.
The 25-660 is equivelent to a GTX2867 in size and GTX3071 - GTX3076R in power.

Just to get a 944 in Australia is a stupid amount of money. $60k minimum for a stock one. maybe find a kitted out one for 40-50k with a cage ect and some mods.

I would still suggest going with a GTX3576R with a twin scroll if your going for the TS approach.
Note that im not saying a GTX3582R but a GTX3576R which is a GTX3076R with a bigger turbine wheel...
