Maybe the engine check valve. I have a no-start issue with my cayenne as well, so i've been researching a few different things. Try searching for 'fuel check valve' on rennlist and renntech.

Update: I changed the fuses for the ignition...

Update: I changed the fuses for the ignition coils and the oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor fuse looked a little dark. Not sure which one solved the problem, but the car starts now. Very rough...
