She's a 90 C4 white/black 5 speed with 61K, PPI with leak down and compression tests came back solid....

Pull the 5 pin & 7 pin ABS hydraulic relays and clean them the place they sit. Disconnect the battery before you start this process. I bet this will fix your problem.

This distributor is the original one out of my 90 C4 (59,xxx miles at the time). I bought one off of pelican ($200) and had that one rebuilt ($175) and put the original on the shelf.
