Bulb removal of speedometer lights

How does one take out the three small lights from an almost removed speedometer thats still partially the dash of a 1988 911? Do you push in and twist or unscrew or what?

Best fix was to pull the seats as detailed above....

Best fix was to pull the seats as detailed above. Cable needed to be reinserted more deeply into jack screw (end was freyed a bit) but this helped it stay in better once inserted. Difficult to secure...
