It was my pleasure to meet everyone. Sorry I don't remember a single name (thanks in part to that little mind-erasing stunt I pulled).

Yes, I've already looked at the local listings for 944s. It's tempting now, after seeing all the gear Sid had in his, it almost looks like a practical car.

I uploaded about 16 pics, might as well post them!

I had a great time meeting everyone and seeing all the sweet cars, but I think I will be traveling alone if I can make it next year...

A pit stop somewhere in IN:

I'm leading the pack!

After 734 miles and 14 hours:

Shiny!

My car is hiding back there:

6 different colors:

Just before I got in line for the cruise. Note the signs!

My view for the cruise (not too bad, ehh?):

Can't remember who was following me, sorry for taking off, we forgot to get a map and didn't want to lose the 968 in front of us:

A quick stop to gather the troops, looks like we were a little short (probably partially my fault):

At the park:

Gratuitous shot of my car:

Back at the fest:

Mile 944 out of a little over 1400, gas needed:

Some black car chasing me down :

Spent a day at the 'rents winding down from the fest and trying to kill myself with my brother's unicycle:

I'd like to give a huge thanks to everyone who had a part in making the fest a reality, esp. dan and fishey. It was cooling meeting everyone I did, wish I would have been able to hangout some more, promise I will next time. The people, cars, food and entertainment were first-class! Also, thanks to the sponsors who donated stuff for the raffle!

All I can say is "Awsome". "WOW".

Who ever put this together did a great job.

Great cars, great people having fun. How many cars were there? What was the route and how many miles did you all drive?

If only we could have a westcoast version.....

Final toll: 47 watercoolers (I may stand to be corrected, This includes Saturday and Sunday attendees)

Jello shots consumed: 197

Beers emptied: 23 cases not including the 2 kegs of Dortmunder.

Route was approx 39 miles give or take- some had a bit longer, some it was shorter.

Smiles given: priceless..

I saved a bunch of pictures that everyone's contributed so far, and went ahead and assembled a gallery of the coolest ones:
cool pics from everyone!

Additionally, here is my first gallery I put together that's back on page 1:

Additionally additionally, I still love the way this came out:

....

Jen says "Look at that deer, John! Isn't it CUTE??!!!" Me - I'm driving in, minding my own business.... So I glance up at the "cute deer".

"Hollleeee CRAP!!!! It's an 8 point buck - and it's coming AT MY CAR!!!! " I yell back at her.....

I hit the gas - and thankfully - I don't stall.... The forkin' deer is still running at my 993.....

Damn rabid deers in Ohio.....

Rock - do an illustration.....

Video at 11PM.....

Damn deer....
