Colorado get- together revisited...
I have not read anything recently about a possible GTG, however there is an upcoming event that might be a good day for us to meet.
Sunday, June 6, the Rocky Mountain Region of the PCA is having their 21st annual Concours d'Elegance and Exotic Sports Car Show, on the lawn at Arapahoe Comm. College, 5900 South Santa Fe Drive ( Hwy. 85 ), in Littleton, from 9am to 3pm.
They are expecting around 350 entries, covering the full spectrum of sports cars. It should be a really good show and the proceeds go to Cerebal Palsey of Colorado. I was thinking that we could meet at the show and then have our own informal " show " at a parking lot to be named later...of course at a location in close proximity to some cold beverages.
What do you guys think, any takers?

To bad i live all the way in Pueblo. I don't know my way around denver really at all so maybe if cpt_koolbeenz knows his way he can come with me. I still want to get a get together somewhere in springs or somewhere and have a barbecue or something. Lets try not this die again. All or welcome 951's 944,928etc...

Hey Daniel, the location of the show is in the south metro area, about 45 minutes from Colorado Springs and only 15 minutes from Castle Rock. Take 25 north to Castle Rock, take exit 183 to hwy. 85 north, stay on 85 into Littleton until you see about 300 cool cars parked on the grass on your right.
You should really consider coming up for the show, I would love to check out your car. Bring Koolbeenz with you. I will PM you with my cell number.

I'm planning on going to the car show as well, and look forward to meeting other 944 owners.
Also, the Z Car Club is having a track day at SCR on the 5th, and it is open to all makes. Nice group and more track time than the PCA events.
