Angry Stolen Racecar trailer/Car

I just was notified that my racecar trailer (with the racecar inside) was stolen from my parent's home in Scottsdale last night.

If you see a white, 28 ft. Haulmark racecar trailer, AZ license L15353, Serial Number 16HGB24211A001676, with black decals [928 and 928 profile] on the upper rear outside corners, please notify the police immediately.

The race car is a white, 1979 928 Porsche, VIN 9289101577. It has German flag decals on the door and hood. Decals include 928 International, 928 Specialists and Devek.

If you have any information, please call me at 480-688-8125.

Thanks,
Rich Andrade

I would just have to think (hope) that a big white car trailer would be pretty easy to find for law to find . . . . . . pretty hard to hide it

Rich feels the thieves mistook his trailer as a quad trailer or dune buggy trailer. Easily fenced items, this close to Mexico. I hope he gets them back.

Beth unfortunately the vast majority of enclosed trailers are white (cooler shows fewer wrinkles ) . It is rather easy to get a rear plate for a homebuilt trailer . VIN # are far less permanent / prominent than a car . Get stopped speeding and they seldom ask for the registration for the trailer.....just the car . Trailer theft is unfortunately rather common . RV storage lots are full of white trailers on private property never subject to being checked by anyone.....

I made sure all the SW parts suppliers have notification of the theft, including 20th Street Auto Parts (Via Email) -

If it's still in Phoenix - Rich WILL find it. I have a good feeling about that.

Default Trailer Picture

Here is a picture of the railer shark Combo! A decal with the profile 928's profile with letters 928 were added to the upper right and left sides of the trailer.

This is aweful! I hope that both car and trailer are found soon, and that the thieves get locked up for a while (how about inside a trailer? Just kidding...)

This reminds me to take more pictures of my things. One time, after I saw a Police presentation, I engraved my driver license number in a lot of things I owned. That's been a few years, and I should get back on it.

Let's have a hanging!!! By now if the thief or thieves have any brains they would of scratched or peeled off the stickers on the outside of the trailer, therefore be on the lookout for a trailer that looks like yours minus the stickers. Reno

Rich,
I am truly upset for what has been done to you.
I hope you get it back in as a good a shape as you when you last saw it.

I sure hope this is not too late, but wouldn't a tracking system have led you or the police to it in no time?!
I'll admit that I myself don't use it but things like this happen and I am reminded that I should get one(s) of those.

Again, I hope you find everything.

Omar.

Old & New:

Did they get shot once for every horse? Then these guys would have to be hit by approximately 240 bullets. Ouch!
