Well, despite the nuclear fallout that's happening in So. CA, the meeting was great, got to put some faces from people on the board, as well as learning quite a bit about our cars. In total there were 8 cars that showed up. Special thanks to Frank (Legoland) for doing my belts. Julie (Devia), Hugh (Socal) showing us tips and tricks about our cars. Frank, Kelly and myself stayed until 12am to finish Frank's t-belt as well as replacing his water pump. I learned a lot watching Frank do this a couple of times as well as his waterpump. It was quite an adventure..The whole t-belt change doesnt seem so intimidating at all..Frank - U Da Man!
Hugh, thanks for the fabricated part u gave me, I will install that next week and my shifter won't be as sloppy anymore.
Kelly, thanks for letting me drive my first 951..That sucker hauls major ***. Your making me want to sell my NA real soon..Now I cant wait to drive Franks Turbo S..

Its was a great day, we gotta do this again. Maybe next time we can all do a drive up the mountains or something. Thanks all for coming, ya'll were very nice and friendly.

This is SD944S (William), beautiful silver 944S. You cant see that sticker on the side -but yes, its says Gemballa.

Sorry I forgot your name..This car looks like a regular NA, but when it pulled up the road, I already knew that he was not running an NA motor in there. Yes, its a Small Block V8 in that hood. The install of that V8 looks so clean and perfect in that engine bay. Oh, and thanks for peeling out for us on the corner

I'm NEVER looking at one of those the same, EVER! Um, still wondering if I should tell my boyfriend the truth about it...and his car. The perpetrator is sitting on the passenger floor, partially smashed from the dents it made in his hood.

TIP OF THE DAY: NEVER park UNDER a Pine tree!!!
