Did you see and/or hear anything run? Were the Porsche race cars pushed to their displays or driven with reckless abandon through the crowds?

The white/blue 917 was really loud. Funny you should mention reckless abandon- he drove it quite quickly at some points of his parade lap

It was a loud ripping sound- almost as if it had no flywheel- quite nice.

Funny, on the Chaparrel, there's a red "***" sticker...when I was a kid, I had a *** gas powered R/C model of the Chaparrel! I wonder what I did with that cool car...propbably jumped it off of a ramp into a lake or something!
