Who has a 99 with ORIGINAL engine...and what is your mileage?
*NOTE, I am NOT attempted to start yet another thread on engine replacements and the faults of the MY99. Rather, I'm hoping to highlight some positive cases for those of us 'unlucky' enough to own out of warranty 99's running on their original engine.
I've just hit 73K on mine...

99 with 43k
runs great (knock on wood)
my quandry is that I don't think there is another 996 that would be a big enough difference as a whole that would make it worth upgrading to - I don't want a third car in 6 years with essentially the same interior
All i want is RWD with preferably more performance and a more modern driving experience. That basically means a 997 carrera 's' or a fictional 3.8 cayman
