Anybody want to drag a 997 Turbo?

997 Turbo Launch Event 2006
Date: Saturday July 15, 2006
Location: New England Dragway - Epping, N.H.
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Countdown to The 997 Turbo
Porsche’s Evolution of Speed Technology
Owners and enthusiasts are invited to join Porsche of Nashua at a breakfast event examining the performance, technology and speed characteristics of past 911 Turbos as well as the coming 997 Turbo. Attendees will be invited to test their own Porsche performance against the New 997 Turbo’s statistical speed performance benchmarks on a 1/4 mile timed run. Participants will receive a printed certificate of their cars timed results. Open side by side competitive runs will be encouraged and enjoyed by all.
Porsche of Nashua will sponsor a hospitality tent with a continental style breakfast as well as 997 Turbo Posters, graphic technology displays and statistical graphs tracing the 911 Turbos historical speed achievements. On display will be 911 Turbos from private collections including a 959.

Countdown to the 997TT?????? We had our launch party here a couple weeks ago and already have the 997TT in private owner hands driving around town

Wow, everybody seems pretty sensitive to this subject.............WTF,..........do you drive your kids to sports and expect gold medals in every event??? It's just a friggin car..................one that many people would love to own? I know it is a little redneck but hey, bring out the people, fun, sunshine, and cars. Let's bring some cones and make the course a bit more challenging for cars and equiptment. We are just happy that it stopped raining up here!!!!!!!!Maybe, just maybe..........somebody will see "the car" and buy one! I sure wish that guy was me!!!!!!
