Default BUYER BEWARE notice

This is a BUYER BEWARE notice. Whatever you do, stay away from HAUSBRAUEN MOTOREN (x3m944@cfl.rr.com). I tried to buy a Lexan hatch off of e-bay and got nothing but talk and run around after paying for the item. I had to collect a full refund from Pay-Pal (outstanding service and recovery.) They provided false shipping information numerous times and do not provide phone numbers or any type of customer service.......Nothing but excuses. They are trying to break into the Porsche aftermarket body panel market. You will see them sponsoring a few of the race series' as well as e-bay.

Too bad. Sounds odd that they are trying to break into the P-car market and sponsoring race series and they are treating customers this way...you would think they would be bending over backward for loyal P-carists.

Actually, quite believable....I have had my P-car for 7 years and have seen at least 5 vendors troll the boards for customers and then disappear without delivery........

P-car owners are either particularly gullible or snake-oil salesmen think we are.....

Before this week, HAUSBRAUEN MOTOREN was a sponsor for the 944 Cup. The series has now dropped HAUSBRAUEN MOTOREN as a sponsor for its bad business practices.

It's good to see someone needing sponsorship to survive doing the right thing. Now if Excellence and Panorama would do the same thing, we'd be getting somewhere. Kudos to the 944 Cup series.

I guess this is not an isolated incident then. Going to have to assume that there are more than a few disgruntled Haubrauen Motoren patrons.

We are aware of one Cup driver who paid for prouct and got nothing. Also know of several other non-Cup drivers with similar experiences.
