Thumbs up Clear Bra installed (should have done it 500 miles earlier)

Greetings,

Sam @ Premier just helped me installed the Paint Protective Film on my 997S.

Between I took delivery of the car and I drove the car to Sam, I had only about 500 miles on the car. When Sam looked at my car, we already found a few tiny tiny rock chips on the front bumper!

Lesson learned. (Note to myself: In the future have the cars protected as soon as I took delivery of them.)

I have the whole front end wrapped (custom bumper, both front fenders, full hood, headlights, foglights, mirrors, etc.) Below is a picture of the car already wrapped, I really can't tell there is film installed. I guess this picture is worth a million words

Today when I drove home from Premier (Fremont, CA) on HW101, I couldn't helped but notice those little 'tick, tick, tick' sounds from the little rocks on the road hitting the front of the car. Also I couldn't help but notice nowadays how much debris is on the road that are damaging the paint of our cars in every single mile.

Yes, I am glad to listening to you folks here, and to installing the Full Front End Wrap on my 997S.

Thankyou folks, thankyou Sam.

With best regards,
- Alex.

I'm sure from everyone's comments that Sam's work is the tops. If you can't wait for Premier to come through Texas, PM me. I can recommend a guy here in Houston that does very nice work. No affiliation, yadda yadda...

You might want to go back and get the strips for behind each wheel well. In previous cars those got sand-blasted pretty bad, especially from track days. My shop added those complimentary - was very nice of them.

Enjoy her in good health. Although, there were some chips already, at least it would not get any worst from here on. Thanks for the continued support guys!

I picked my car up at the dealer and drove straight to Sam. I think the car had 25 miles when Sam did his thing. Still get comments about the high quality of his work...GR

Although, we generally cover only California, for those interested in such an application and are out of reach from us, please contact us anyway. We are more than happy to help answer questions and provide whatever information necessary for you to make an informed decision on paint protection film.

Can you also pleas PM the price. I may also be interested, had never considered it before.

Does the clear bra have any negative sides to it? Do you just wash/ wax right over it? or does it need special treatment?

Negatives - if applied to non 0E paint and the film needs to be removed, it can pull it up.

-Yes, the film does need wax to give it a nice gloss.

Please email us your phone number Mike and we will discuss this further with you on the phone - 510-623-1308. thanks.
