I'm glad Dr. Joe got his Ruf home. It is one of the most beautiful blue color I have ever seen. Reminds me of the California Blue F360 Spider my friend Tako had.

Great car. Thanks for sharing.

Joe and his wife made it up....it's a mix of a couple of colors. They have dubbed it "Azzurro Santa Barbara!" (His car was delivered by Porsche in Carrara White and RUF painted it to his choice).

Here he was leaving Zuffenhausen on 12 June. (We picked up cars a day apart--note tourist plates).

so what's the damage for the "full" treatment. Paint, body work, wheels/calipers and engine mod?
All it needs now are the GT3 seats with RUF treatment...

I don't think this is a mod/conversion. I believe this is a Ruf Vin RGT from the German Ruf factory. Ruf can and will build to any customer specifications.

This is an absolutely awesome color though. I wonder if other owners can get Ruf to duplicate this color for their car, or it is one-off only for Joe's car.

Looks like a conversion to me if it started out as that white car.

I think the only thing I don't like are the outside mirrors....stock looks better to me. Nice car- great color/mods!
