Looks the same from the outside. Changes are barely discernable.

Front end looks like the existing turbo to me. I'm not sure I like it.

Please tell me that the apparent curve in the top of the rear lens on the green one is just distortion.

EDIT: I guess that's the new aqua blue? It didn't even register at first since it looks so much like cobalt.

I think some drool just fell into my keyboard. Hopefully the price list/order sheet is coming soon so I can get my order sent out!

rear end looks better, front is just OK, best improvement is under the skin, but I won't get one.

Hmmmm............I'd like to see more pictures. Like those wheels........sorta neat!

Edit: is it me, or does the front end look more like a Boxster?

I'd like the new PCM. Other than that....I'm good.

Rear end seems to hardly worth it. What I would have liked to have seen is a 4-WD Carrera 4S's rear end with the new red reflector/strip.

Okay,--I doctored one.

The central rear RED reflector means: "Caution. Novice Porsche Driver with training wheels"

I like the idea of LED tail-lights, which I believe those are. Brighter, longer-lasting, much faster to illuminate.
But, other than to change "the look" I don't see why the lower edge of the tail-light is now curved.
A minor point, perhaps, but it really changes the butt view IMO…and I've always considered the 997's rear to be quite gorgeous.
