This is a wonderful, trouble-free, very original car that is ready for a cross-country spring drive to a new home. I have all of the original manuals, toolkit, etc, and a folder of service records dating back to 4,000 miles (1992). (The maintenance book has the early service dealer stamps before this period.) I purchased the car in 2007 from the second owner who had owned it since 1992. It was well maintained by the same mechanic in central Florida from 1992 to 2009, first at the dealer and then later as an independent when he got fed up with the dealership. The car has no track or accident history and all paintwork on the body is original with the exception some plastic bits—the front bumper and the black strip at the bottom of the rockers have been repainted to correct rock/sand blasting. The plastic rear bumper currently has a small scrape in the paint thanks to my garage door coming down about 1mm too close to the car. I hold a clear title in my own name for this car.
Mechanically the car is very original and in excellent condition. I had the car lowered to the European ride height using new H&R springs and Bilstein HD shocks, aligned, and corner-balanced at 49,000 miles. I still have the original springs in case. At the same time the car had all fluids changed and the valves adjusted and it has not had any problems since. Other than new springs the car is exceptionally original and unmodified from new. It is a fantastic car to drive and a car I planned to keep but I simply failed to correctly estimate how little I'd drive it once my second child was born. I will be sorry to see it go.

Thank you all for the kind comments--it never gets old hearing how cool these cars are. I've had a tremendous response to this listing and have met a bunch of great people as a result of it. I currently have a sale pending and will update the ad again once it is sold, or if the sale does not go through. I will miss this car and will be looking forward to my next Porsche until I find it.
