In missing my 924S, I guess... I had to buy a 931. (pictures, what's she worth?)

Well, that or my 986S needed a good stable buddy. Picked her up simply because I didn't want to see her go to the wrecking yard, especially only at 86 thousand miles. I'm not sure if my plans are too keep her but I do know she might be used for parts, etc. Her body is literally in incredible shape; I have yet to find any dings, dents, or markings. Paint is a different story but that's just paint. She runs like a champ but I do need to assemble her transmission and install it if I plan on driving her. I'll get some more pictures uploaded as soon as my internet starts feeling like it wants to accomplish something today.

If you do part it, what color/condition is the interior?

An 81 931 IIRC uses a 944 transmission, BTW.

DO NOT part that car out. If you don't want to finish it, someone else will.

Get a mate round for a full weekend and she will clean up nicely, dont part it out. If you are too busy im sure someone will be more than happy to put in the hours and give her another huuuurah! It really looks like it has potential!

Why thanks for the comments! Parting out is my last option - I, however am not sure I really need a second Porsche; so I may look into selling it. Plan on enjoying her while I have her though!

+1!

Po924S, I have a 944 transmission to sell if you want it. If you ever need it PM me.

That's a really clean looking car! Have fun with it! I better keep my eyes open for when you decide to sell it, I kinda like it...

What thing? Im lost. Ha.
FRporscheman I just might. I certainly don't have a clue how to assemble a transmission. I might take you up on that later on. Real plan in all honestly is to put a tranny in her, clean her up, and put her up for sale. My Boxster is just crying for red carpet and leather panels!

Those door trims look like they are in fantastic condition and look very cool. Be a real pity to part a car like that
