So we got the car back together for TT5 at Autobahn. We had a great weekend. As I felt from driving the other Boxster, a rear wing alone was transformative. Without other changes, and on the same tires it was 2.5 seconds faster, getting under the old ST LR (but not TT LR). We got down to a 1:36.5 on the RR's at 177 average RWHP, and 2840 lbs, so still a ways to go. We ended up second out of five to a nicely optimized (195 average HP/2950 lbs ballasted) S2000. We added a 3rd radiator and Accusump, which have done wonders for cool running and oil pressure. Looks like we may need a tune/headers and or Hoosiers to take the last step. We could run less gas and an FG top to save some weight, too.
