Default 2006-2008 Cayman Track Mods

Trying to get a rough estimate on the expense for the following mods:

Deep sump oil pan

Under drive pulley

Insulated power steering lines

Additional oil cooling

For starters look here http://www.mantissport.ca/ . I never heard of insulated P/S lines, but a P/S cooler is a good idea if running R-comp tires and a fast pace. Adding a 3rd radiator helps oil and water temp. Mine cost about $350 plus installation. I do most of my own work so don't know installation costs.

+1

The 3rd radiator is actually not required but it is a relatively cheap mod that will help you with cooling and longevity.

The Bodymotion deep sump oil pan is probably the best there is - it is also the most expensive. You might also look into a trans cooler.
