I ordered all of them for my turbo S except the night vision (dealer error when build was locked) and heads-up display ( i would have ordered but was not an option for 2020). I have not used innodrive after 5 months of ownership....need to try it soon. My philosophy is get the most self driving features possible since it will be obsolete even faster without.

according to many owners parking assist is a bust, I have never seen it work well in any car, if you are skilled driver you'll always be able to park the car faster on your own.
I believe ordering innodrive gets you ACC,LKA, LCA and LCC

I would say adaptive cruise control for me. On long distance drives this is really nice to have. Everything else I think is a bust. Had a 4S loaner and the back up camera/surround view was a joke. The image was so distorted not sure why they can't get this to work. My Z06 had a great back up camera.

@daveo4porsche Has done a good dissertation on why ACC and LKA is enough. But I see on this version, you can't get those separately. In order to get LKA you need to get innodrive.

HUD - for me is mandatory because of my height the top of the gauges completely blocked. The HUD shows the power flow gauge and speed, so very important to me.

Surround view comes with premium package which I think is a must. I like it for parking along a curb to avoid wheel rash or to park centered in a parking space where no car is next to it to help with centering. I really like the auto charging cap I have no use for the fake engine noise but some people like it.

IMHO:

ACC is a useful convenience and safety feature.
Surround View and LCA are worthwhile features in a low profile vehicle with somewhat restricted visibility.
I would have considered the HUD even though I think it's overpriced @ $1850 however I wear prescription polarized sunglasses which can render HUD's virtually useless in daytime, so be advised.
I skipped the other items. Self driving and self parking aids don't interest me. YMMV.

I came to the came conclusion regarding the HUD, after having it on a BMW and most of my driving is during the day and I always wear polarized glasses the HUD made little sense to me.
as for the parking assist, I have not encountered any car where the self parking feature worked well
