It was mentioned earlier in the launch thread, but figured this topic warrants its own thread. Does anyone know the difference beyond Hp and limiting some options (brake options come to mind and I'm sure there is more). Batteries seem to be the same. No ranges are published yet... at least USA. Maybe I need to check the euro sites.

Porsche horsepower has always been expensive. The X51 power kit for a 991.1 Carrera goes for an MSRP of $12,559 (plus installation) and it nets you 30 additional ponies. By comparison, to get 93 additional HP for just 15 grand is a relative bargain!

I found another difference... window trim is matte black vs. silver on the 4S. Which is fine because I prefer the black.

The brakes are black as well and I think the 4 has non-dynamic led headlights.
