Description:
Winner of Best Stock Turbo from 944Fest annual event. Fully optioned stock turbo with 77k origional miles. Originally purchased in Florida. I bought it from the second owner who lived in Colorado with 64k on it. Needs nothing, meticulously maintained. Mostly driven to local PCA events and other car shows in the 17 years I've owned it. Documented history since new. Extensive records. I have literally 100's Of pics of the car. Stored winters. Comes with a cover, battery tender etc.
One of the car's primary mechanics is our local PCA tech guy. He was the first to work on it when I purchased it in 2002 and he is the one who has done the most recent work on it last summer to fix a few odds and ends. I can give you his contact info if you are serious about purchasing the car, to verify it's condition.
All in all the car has sat in my garage under a cover, more than I've driven it over the 17 years I've owned it and this is the primary reason I have been brought (through much pain and anguish) to list it for sale.
Many individuals on Rennlist (944 section) have seen this car and can vouch for its condition. I have posted many pictures of it over the years and they can be found through the search function. Car is in SW Michigan about 1 Hr from ChicagoEDIT 3/25/18: Added pics of engine, option sticker in trunk, VIN plate, origional tool kits, origional window sticker, manuals, engine number, Interior: dash, seats etc.

Sorry for the delay but here is the original window sticker.
I will be posting pictures of the inside (including the dash which is in excellent shape) of the car soon, the option plate in the trunk, the engine number stamp on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Appreciate very much the kind words I’ve received on here and in PM’s of people that are just wishing me well and complementing the car. It’s a real hard decision to sell it and I want to be as transparent as possible so everybody is comfortable.
I want to thank several of you guys that are helping me with suggestions on the additional pictures that I should be posting to help with the sale. The car is really a beautiful example and I searched many years to find this car, in this shape and have meticulously cared for it over the 17 years that I’ve owned it. I just want it to go to someone who will enjoy it and cherish it as I have .

Hutch - That sounds like an awesome story! Thank you for the kind words.
Just got done detailing the inside tonight and doing the spring leather conditioning, all interior pics have now been uploaded. Found he two origional tool kits in the trunk. Forgot about those. See picture.
Several have requested information on mechanicals:
- Recent water pump timing belt (has less than 1k miles on it)
- Recent Both lower control arms
- Recent motor mounts
- Recent power steering pump 2018
- Tires are S-03’s with 80% tread or better

Can you provide members who can be contacted to speak about the car's condition, history, etc.?\
I have a car for sale that I would like to replace with an 88 or 89 Turbo 951.
Your car looks to be the real deal from the photos.
Thanks!

I tried to PM you but evidently only members can PM? I'm not exactly sure but I tried and it didn't go through from what I can see on my end.
Maybe post your email address or cell number and I'll contact you that way with the info you're asking about, when I hear back from them.
