Description:

I am looking for a set of Front and Rear Brakes lines for a 1993 RS America. The lines must be OE brass lines. The new ones from Porsche are Black.

Looks like a bubble flare at one end and a 45 degree flare at the other end with standard metric hydraulic nuts. A $50 flaring tool and a trip to NAPA may be your best bet, I've made numerous brake lines for vintage cars and they work well.
This is a guess, but if it is really Yellow Cad (aka yellow Zinc now) and not brass then simply have them plated

If you can find the brass pipe material, the nuts and then make the bends on the new pipe but unsure about making two different end flares, then send the new parts to me and I'll gladly flare them for you for free. In this scenario you retain all OEM parts (no risk ) and only the new parts are shipped.
Are you sure it is brass and not Copper - Nickel?
