All flippers pay cash. If he gets it you will see the car relisted for more within days. Nothing wrong with flipping cars, just stating facts.

I am sure there are others with "cash in hand" that aren't flippers, but I get what you mean. That guy always seems to have a lot of cars for sale

I was very happy to pay cash for my Club and Cayman S! It certainly helped that I didn't have to wait for a loan to be approved.
