I don't agree. If you look around, the market price for this car with low miles is more than the $96,985 Sticker.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the OP's thread from ~2 weeks before he posted the ad. Should be relevant to note the car has not been owned long.

2016 GT4 Pricing adviceSend me somewhere else should this not be the correct forum.
I have option to buy a one owner, never tracked garage queen
2016 GT4. Buckets, Steel brakes, Agate Gray, no-sport chrono
Less than 1000 miles. Sale price is 105.
Should I, Shouldn't I?
Any advice would be helpful. I am on the fence.
Thanks in advance.

Nice find. So it was a flip all along?

OP, did you even register it?

Default Not a flip.

I am always searching for the best, lowest mile examples. Including this. I had fun, but need 4 seats. I am buying a GTS 911. I challenge anyone to find a better one. Thanks for all your comments. Makes me long for BAT scrutiny. Ha! Andy.

welp this is very interesting... Definitely a nice car

Definitely would suggest getting some better photos if you plan to sell on BAT.

Your thread title has $120k. Your ad has $119k. You then have the price reduced to $118k and then $117k.

The MSRP was $97k. You apparently paid just over $100k.

You state you didnt do photos because these cars are commodities, but you're asking $20k over MSRP and $12k over what you supposedly paid.

You also state it's now detailed and coated. And you'd get new pics up after that happened, but still no new pics. You have two photos with terrible lighting of your commodity flip.

This is like buying a house to flip, living in it 6 months, and then asking more money than you paid and you can't even mow the lawn.

Go to BAT. At least then you'll put in the work.

Don't forget most states charge sales tax on new or used car purchases. I'm not so sure you can call this a flip to make a quick buck. OP most likely wants out of the car what he put into it, so he can buy his GTS. And the GT4 market is hot right now. He'll. most likely pay over sticker for his GTS. It's all relative.
All these negative price comments seem like violations of the marketplace policy

Sales tax is irrelevant just like insurance, tags, etc. Everyone has to pay it; it comes with the territory. This thing has been sitting on the market for three months. The market is hot but not 20k over sticker hot.

Asking for feedback in a for sale post may not be totally pointless. …. but it’s certainly close.

As far as the current market for a 981 GT4....

We just purchased probably one of the highest MSRP & one of the lowest mileage 981 GT4s in the country for $10k over sticker and it was from a Porsche dealer and CPO....

So... This is a great car however NOT $20k over.

Best of luck with the sale.

Red...

Did not like the options on the yellow car (and the yellow car with 11 miles had a lower msrp)...

Hard to call the feedback a violation when OP literally requested it.
