I hate to see this go but a new job opportunity has presented itself which requires me to move.   I purchased this car about a year ago from another Rennlist member in San Diego, CA.   Drives great, smooth, fast, and handles like no other with the all wheel drive system.
This is probably the best bang for your buck as fas as a daily driver goes.

Carrera classic 20" wheels
Potenza RE970S tires, less than 7k miles on them
Carrera S front lip
Clear side markers
RS red tinted tail lights - will come with stock lights
TechArt lowering springs - about 1" lower than stock, perfect IMO, I have the OE springs
*will also come with OE roof racks, previous owner said he used them once.  I have never put them on.

I have the carfax from when I purchased it, minor damage noted from freeway debris, can provide upon request.  
Overall condition is good, no issues.  Serviced 2 months ago, folder of records and receipts for parts included.

Exterior 8/10 - minor rock chips as expected for a daily driver, a good detail makes her shine
Interior 8/10 - non smoker, no pets
Wheels 7/10 - has some rash from previous owner, I was going to get BBS wheels so this didn't bother me
