yes. Literally everyone is trolling you because you said “I MUST have one, willing to pay whatever.” And then quickly clarified that “willing to pay whatever” meant $25k. It’s been pointed out that these are going for 125-300k ADM.
How does that not make sense to you?

We also lived through a 15 year period of free money, asset appreciation in most categories allowed people to pay amounts they would otherwise think twice about paying, or not have the ability to pay period. As things come down to earth, so should ADMs … but the 3rs will always go for premium due to numbers

100% that’s how it works… supply and demand has no sense of humor, it is what it is

I have an acquaintence that just picked one up from a CA dealer (actually took delivery) and paid $100k ADM. I hear all the higher, crazy ADM's, but my bet is the real transacting price is aound $100k ADM currently. Glad I'm getting mine for MSRP, but I will also sell it back to the dealer for MSRP or market value (whichever is less) when I'm done with it.

Wow, that's a pretty big additional markup the dealer paid your acquaintance! I've heard of such inflated prices on some cars, but I think around $100K ADM is the highest price at the moment. It's great that you were able to purchase your car at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). In short, it's a gamble, like the type I read reviews of https://casinosanalyzer.ca/online-casinos/new-casinos about different games, always taking risks too) Hopefully, when you're ready to part with it, the dealer will be willing to buy it back at either MSRP or market value, whichever is lower. That sounds like a fair deal. Enjoy your new car!

Porsche North Houston has a very well spec'd one for sale. Unsure of the asking price but might be worth a call.
