Description:

Porsche 997tt, 2010 – One of 12 in Atlas Gray (actually a dark gray blue) turbos for the year. Special dark graphite leather 18-way heated sport seats interior. Lightning fast PDK. Just 37,781 mint, garaged miles, full-service records. Color was a $3140 option, with $2655 for the natural leather sport seats as part of a $153k build.

No paintwork, clean CarFax, PDK with Sports Chrono, Torque vectoring, Sport steering wheel, dynamic lights and more. Car has had full plug service plus completed 40k service ahead of miles. New Michelin PS4s all around with less than 100 miles. Car has center muffler delete (OEM wrapped in protection since removed) and Cobb’s mildest tune (91 octane) plus BMC filter put it at ‘Turbo S’ specs. Return to stock easily or enjoy as is.

Paint is absolutely beautiful, finely polished and then ceramic coated. No door dings whatsoever, any minor nicks properly and obsessively touched up. All black trim is Ceracoated and spotless. Wheels are super clean inside and out, including red calipers which were also ceramic coated. Front spoiler is superb, lenses all very clean, tail pipes polished, wheel wells are tidy. Has front radiator screens and clear side markers with LEDs.

Engine bay is completely clean. No drips, no oil haze, just pristinely kept. Several OEM black oxide fasteners changed to polished stainless for detailing (originals saved). Fresh BMC filter (like ‘S’ model), fresh oil and filter. Pans all clean underneath, exhaust is clean, shiny and ding free. Engine and interior lighting changed to LEDs.

Interior equally fresh and neat. Leather cleaned and fully treated twice a year. Entry bolsters and threshold trim are excellent. Door panels, dash, gauges, center console, rear seats and trim all unblemished. Carpet is triple matted: OEM mats, Weather Tech, Coco mats. Includes BlueTooth adapter for PCM plus LED interior and glove box lights. OEM dash protector shield. Headliner mint. Unused Porsche OEM umbrella in cubby even has correct Porsche-branded pen in glovebox. Always garaged, not smoked in. Car even smells new.

Front trunk is equally pristine. All black trim Ceracoated. OEM trunk items include filler cannister, tools, Porsche pump, Porsche branded battery charger, Porsche branded towel all intact. LED lighting upgrade so you can actually see. Carpet is excellent, even battery compartment with discretely wired charger cord has been cleaned and protected.

Car starts, runs, shifts, brakes and drives fantastically. Everything works as it should. All lights, fans, motors, cold AC, audio system (stock Bose except for BT adapter), heated and power adaptive seats (with memory) cradle in complete comfort. The car is blisteringly fast, and with mild tune to 'S' specs is even a bit moreso. (Easily returned to full stock.) It gets thumbs up from knowing onlookers, many comments about its subtly handsome color. It has been serviced ahead of schedule.

All books and manuals in leather binder, laminated window sticker, includes dealer pamphlet and promotion book for year. All records saved in 3 ring binder, in order. Any removed bits accompany car. Also includes Porsche branded indoor cover in OEM storage bag.

This car is very complete, obsessively maintained, respectfully treated. Shown at Amelia, always carefully driven.  Absolutely everything works and services are complete. Drive in confidence and stellar performance in this rare, gorgeous car. Needs nothing. $94,500. Fly in, drive home.

May trade toward 993, 964 due to a vintage desire or possibly Ferrari 328, 360, 430 unless I snap out of it.

Nice looking ride! Was contemplating a 12-16 Turbo/S but this is tempting not to mention your just down the road. These years don't have the "entry and drive" option though correct? Not sure I can go back to actually pulling the key out of the pocket..

These are the best of both worlds, you get PDK, hydraulic steering and lighter more compact chassis than the 991. Love the color and very well priced.
here is my 2011

Ha! Nope, sorry, one must go through the ritual of slotting the key to the left of the steering wheel as Dr. Porsche’s race engineers requested.

It’s funny, that may be the oldest school thing this car does! I often can’t believe that this car, that does every modern thing you’d ever want, is 13 years old.

The valet at the hotel yesterday commented on it looking new and when I told him the age, his jaw dropped. (Worry not; I always self-park.)

Anyway, to me the 997s slot pretty nicely into the highly functional but aging cooly category.

battery tender lead. The lead stays attached to the battery terminals, so just remove the charger in pic 8, plug into the lead, and then into the wall.

Yep, @sqweak called it. Sorry I was out on an expedition to prove trout are smarter than fishermen all yesterday. I'm not sure why I even included that shot given that most people wouldn't care where the silly connector port is. I did like how it hides right inside that wiper cowl plastic, yet super accessible if you need it.

Appears the car is sold, a few great conversations with the buyer who has sent a deposit. There were a few other inquiries too, so thanks to all. Great RL community as always.
