The sheet listed above and again below is from the sale when I got the car as a CPO and lists a price of $118,000. I do not have the original window sticker for $119730 (just ordered the VIN Analytics, below). A new T is $124,900 with no options, $126,550 with delivery and no options. What do you feel is the market and/or fair price for this car (please come see it and give your opinion)? A 992 optioned like this car is around $150K, with no brake upgrade. Many will say the 992 and the 991.2 are very different cars. Having driven both, I can say my car is smooth as can be and not with the suspension vibration and harshness I experienced in a 992.

Since you asked
I've been shopping T (and GT cars) for the last year+. The market in the last few months for 991 T is typically 90-100k with some outliers asking (not necessarily selling) at 105-110k. There are several fine examples here on the forum that started in the 105-110 range and have been unsold for 6-9+ months (like this one that iirc started around 110k in August or that one that came on the market at $120k+ and didn't sell after multiple price drops) . That said, yours has an admittedly heavy original MSRP of 119 when many are around 110ish. Unfortunately, that 10k delta in options doesn't always translate in resale, even in this market. Speaking of this market, it has softened a bit since 21 which was the peak of both covid bubble and the T gaining steam as a "future classic" favorite with no 992 replacement announced yet. For more comps, the avg of the 11 T that have sold on bat since beginning of 2022 (including reserve not met high bid, not including buyers premium) is $102k
As for the 992s, the comparison isn't direct unfortunately. There was a significant 10k+ price bump to the base with the switch to MY24 a few months ago, previously it started around 116k and well optioned ended up in the high 30s. The landed available at msrp ones previous poster mentioned may very well be MY23 and that lower price point.
Yours is def well optioned and modded. CPO helps. I think you can get 105k with some patience, or luck for the right buyer that wants yellow, but at 116k you're probably enough above the market to price out interested buyers. GLWS.

Thanks for your thoughts. So your analysis is interesting, but I do not concur that there is money lost in the option delta. Also, my estimate of the valuation range for these cars is $95K-$120K with an occasional outlier on either end. It is rare for a manual, high option, low mileage, no sunroof car of this condition to make the market. The first car you sent has a lot more miles on it than my car, the second has a non Carrera T interior. They are not comparable IMO. The lava car on BAT is representative of the market that fits my car and it sold for well over what I am asking ($125). The nicely optioned GT Silver car sold for $118,500. When other cars do pop up on AutoTrader or other market sources that are low mileage, optioned correctly, + with a manual, they are priced and sell in the $115-125K+ range. This/My car is priced similarly due to the strong build sheet, specification and history. Porsche loves this car in Racing Yellow as it was marketed in it as a primary communication color. I hope someone who loves this car buys it, because that is the only way I intend to part ways with it. Whomever buys it will get an amazing, rare and properly cared for car in pristine condition.

Don’t know anything about the pricing, but this car is soooooo much better than the 992 T, the latter of which barely looks like a 911.
