When car was originally purchased wasn't a fan of the turbo twist. Like these rims better, just a personal preference. Not sure if the original rims are available. I believe the dealer replaced them on delivery.

Just trying to wrap my head around this asking price , I recently (couple of weeks ago) almost bought this 98’ Arctic with black interior C2S from a pretty well known seller @Tarek307 , but another rennlist member beat me to it 😢 does 74k miles to 48k miles make this big of a difference? The one I was looking at had nice black interior and hollow spikes and was well sorted at $155,000 asking, this one with grey interior and missing the wheels is $33,000 more because of the 25k less miles?
just trying to understand the current market and sellers expectations.

And here was another S I was bidding on last year during the height of the market also sold by a very well known seller @911R on bat , 98’ Arctic on black - same miles as this one but many more options , I’m really not knocking this listing in just trying to understand the current environment

This is a single owner car, not a respray, and yes mileage can equate to as much as $1.00 per mile. I have the same arctic (spelled with a c) C2S with gray interior. Some new black floor mats, and a replacement of the door seals would represent better. GLWS, someone will be very happy with this car.

@997Pilot I find it interesting when buyers refer to “well known” sellers as a viable alternative to a one owner or even a two long term owner scenario. There is absolutely no comparison, as long as the car in question is fully documented and a no story example. This is no knock on these “well known” sellers but they are just car dealers. In some cases, one man shops. This will never equate to a long term owner, who has passionately maintained/cared for their car. Long term owners know all the nuances of their cars. In this case, you have a fully documented, well maintained, one owner C2S. The 993 WB market has pulled back from the highs of 2022, but so has a lot of other classic cars, watches etc. This is also one of the last years of the air cooled Porsches. A true split grill. It doesn’t get much better. Re the 18” TT wheels, they are still readily available for $4-6k plus tires $1200.00. Not a big deal when you are paying $150k plus. Beautiful 993! GLWS!

btw this is a 97’ with grey interior , the above are 98’s with black interior and 911Rs car also had LSD & both had major service work done.
so what I’m understanding from you guys is a one owner car is worth about 25%-30% more than both the above even with less options and service. This is good to know, I assume this car will be sold within days then since it’s such a deal. I guess I’m out of touch with the market.

I have a friend who just sold his 97S for over $200k. Your price isn't out of the realm of possibility. Good luck with the sale!

I've done a detailed study on this question.
The additional proce per mile can go from just under $ 1 for high mileage car, 100 K plus, to well over $ 30 per mile for an extremely low mileage car.
And yes 25 K miles in the mid range of miles, 45 K to 75 K, this can easily make a difference of 25 K $ or more.
1st owner cars with all records and original paint ads additional value.
