I think you need to carefully examine what the word 'literally' means. And hey, if you're convinced the market is $50k higher, I'm sure the seller would be thrilled to give it to you for $20k more than his asking price and you can then flip it!

I’m not a BRG fan, but IMO this is THE perfect way to spec a BRG car. All black interior/trim/brakes, silver wheels. Looks classic. Price is right IMO.

Thanks for your post. In the past, the mods wouldn't have allowed comments like his in the Marketplace section.
The MSRP on this car was $188,260 and the minimalist build reflects my individual preferences. All the Porsches I've owned over the years have had a simpler spec as I'm not a fan of extra leather (especially on the dashboard), deviated stitching, sport chrono, parking sensors, etc., but to each his own. I also ordered the car without the intention of selling it so soon, but sometimes life has a way of serving up surprises.
There is nothing wrong with this car. I am a transparent seller who has been a Rennlist member for 20 years and a Porsche enthusiast for considerably longer than that. I'm simply looking for a straightforward transaction with someone who appreciates it as much as I do.
