@GT4ish Thanks! There was some confusion about the correct rev ranges at the time the shop pulled the report. What is the source of that screenshot?
I've updated the screenshot and the ppi-doc with these ranges.

Sorry, I can't link the threads, but have screenshot where I got the info with the thread titles. Hope this helps.

In the spirit of learning things in the marketplace, here's some market intel inspired by my dms:
Here is the one GT4 cheaper than mine on the market, for $83k in Sacramenta via either Craigslist or Ebay. You'll notice it doesn't show up on the main classified sites like Cars.com/AutoTrader/CarGurus etc.
A few seconds of google and you'll see why:
Copart Results where it was sold as a full loss by the insurer. Not sure how they avoided the title brand, might be a reason (along with exhaust) they haven't changed from a TX to CA title. You might also notice the PCCBs were pilfered during the rebuild.
Bonus: Previously (before wreck) listed here
That seller lists the above as a "minor accident" with "very minimal damage".

Great deal, I just purchased my higher-mileage, track use GT4 with plenty of over-rev's and it drives strong, looks, and handles amazingly. My local Porsche shop foreman agrees that it drives amazing and says I should ignore the over-rev report completely.

it’ll show up on the free vinanalytics report, iirc it was like 96k. Notably it’s missing full leather and dual zone climate.

Do neither the insurance cos. nor Copart have titles reissued as Salvage? Although the damage doesn't look so bad, it is oddly spread out. Like maybe sliding into a curb that did bumper damage and then pivoted into a pole. On any wrecked GT4 I would absolutely want to know about the strut towers. No info, no sale.

@bldn10 No idea how that seller managed to avoid a salvage or otherwise branded title. Texas does issue them and isn't known for being a "title washing" state like Florida is. The Copart results are flagged as an insurance sale, so it had to have been written off. Bribe or clerical error, I guess. I agree that it looks like it spun and hit multiple sides. The big hit being right behind the passenger compartment where the engine is would be enough to scare me away.
