Description:

 $14,900. Located in Oklahoma City.

With life changes and my other two cars, I simply don't drive it anymore. This is my fourth 944 series car and have done most of the work myself. Approximately 3500 miles on since the car was fully rebuilt. This is a reliable road worthy car geared towards track/high performance driving. In the 2 years since the drivetrain was rebuilt, I did 8-9 track days including 300 miles round trip to the track; never overheated and always reliable. Most everything works except as detailed below.
please see build link here:
https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-...ute-build.html

Chassis
87 guards red 924s, steel front fenders and 924 turbo header panel, fiberglass body kit
OEM euro 924 rear bumper

custom welded 4 point roll bar, painted guards red
exterior glass out repaint in Porsche guards red
vinyl door decals can easily be removed

Engine
944 turbo engine with Lindsey Racing rebuilt head; compression test 125, 120, 120, 125)
new stock rod bearings and all gaskets, seals
Lindsey 300 RWHP kit
Lindsey Racing rebuilt stock K26/6 turbo
Lindsey Racing baffled oilpan
resurfaced flywheel, new clutch disc and PP
full 3" exhaust with straight pipe instead of catalytic converter
Lindsey Racing billet radiator with built in oil cooler
Ninemeister 944 S2 rear transaxle with LSD (breakaway torque about 50lb ft)
Only 944 short shifter (massive improvement in shift feel)

Suspension/wheels
86 944 turbo spindles and 4-piston brakes (no ABS)
new Koni Yellows on GC adjustable coilover conversion; 250lb front springs, 28mm rear torsion bars
Lindsey Racing 30mm front, 19mm five-way rear sway bars, sway bar mount stiffeners
Racers Edge front control arms

front strut brace
Ground Control adjustable camber plates

new wheel bearings
genuine Fuchs 16x7 and two pairs of 16x8 wheels (currently mounted with Toyo RA1 245/45/16)

Issues:
1. very small oil seep from the turbo drain pipe to oil pan (2-3 drops a week); burns oil under track conditions with high boost at 15+psi
2. slight coolant leak from hose to radiator
3. no heat, no A/C, no radio
4. passenger side window switch operates intermittently
5. new sunroof seal - sunroof operates but will not close all the way
6. paint is not perfect; a few small scratches as well as warping of the header panel and some impressions on the roof from standing on it trying to close the sunroof

I’ve had a few tire kickers but no commitment. Car still available. The heater valve is fixed so HEAT WORKS now. Coolant leaks repaired. New ignition cap and rotor fixed a no start problem. And I just installed new vinyl headliner.

my local independent shop did a compression and leak down test.

1 - 100 psi, 5%
2 - 100 psi, 4%
3 - 100 psi, 6%
4 - 100 psi, 8%

I’ll send the car to BAT if it does not sell
