I tried matching the part numbers with GT4rs but didnt find your part numbers on the surface transform website. Any idea?
Those are old part numbers as the seller probably bought or acquired them quite some time ago. If they are coming off a 991 GT2/3/RS, they will bolt right up to your car. You don't need to use the front spacers and bolts, however, since you already have 408mm fronts (STs are 410). For the rears, you will need the 10mm spacers and longer bolts which should be supplied with the kit he is selling. The rotors look good from what I can see and as does the price.

997 GT2/3/RS Disc offsets are different than 991. The kits we offer for the 997 GT cars are either 380mm or 392mm front with 362mm rears. The 380s will clear 18" wheels. The 392s need 19s (clear factory 19s too). I have a (1) 392 kit in stock and (1) 380 kit in stock if anyone is interested. For 991 GT3/RS owners or GT4RS owners interested in the Seller's discs, I would jump on them assuming you have done your due diligence.
