My dad is finally selling his 2002 C4S. He is the original owner. I have receipts for over 20k in work over the last two years. Major service including new clutch, replaced IMS bearing, refinished seats, new windshield, new tires. Car is in very good condition. The interior is spotless. New 992s with stick is Enroute. The car has been garaged its entire life. It’s available to be seen in NYc

Here is a very detailed list of the work.
The following items were replaced within the last three years or 3000 miles:
Front seats have been reupholstered in leather by Heritage Trim of Palm Springs and installed by the Paterek Brothers in Chatham New Jersey
Front windshield has been replaced with a new factory unit
Clutch pack and IMS bearing been replaced and installed by NYC Porsche
Wheels repainted by John Paterek standard color & clearcoat
Michelin PS2/N3 tires with less than 3000 miles on them
Front calipers and rotors have been replaced
New rear shocks
New alternator
New power steering pump and associated parts and fittings. over $2000.
New coils (6)
New engine mounts
New coolant overflow tank
New Porsche battery within last month
New floor mats
New remote key to original codes
CSF front aluminum radiators
New belts and hoses
Clear film on front bumper
New front internal wheel well liners
New front axle outer boots cost over $2000
New oil separator,
Oil changed every 3000 miles
Set of wheels and winter tires included with sale

Impressive dad you have there. Even more impressive is the fact that it was done in NYC area. Any accidents to note? If it leaves the city unscathed after 22 years and 200k miles this HAS to be a record.
Is your Dad available for driving / parking lessons? He should write a book.
