Checking if there’s interest in Mr.Black. See my thread on Rennlist.
if you don’t mind the rebuild title attributed to flooding (I don’t think this car even ingested any water) and the reverse detent pin that needs to be repositioned in the tranny (1k labor) might be the perfect candidate to get into the GT3 world or have as a second and keep the miles off your garage queen. Solid car no accidents all original panels.

It is amazing the amount of whining from people that did not get the car. The seller has the right to sell the car to whomever he chooses and at whatever price he chooses. If you wanted the car "sight unseen" you should have wired him the money. It was magnanimous of him to explain himself, yet evidently that was not enough. It is comical that his character was attacked. I would say the people attacking him exhibited their true character.

OH CRAP ! I just bought a 996TT and this would have fit nicely in my budget. If I bought this my wife would definitely kill me, no question !!

This is priced wayyyy too aggresively to last past the weekend, I don't see a single example less than 6 figures on AutoTrader or CarGurus.
This is going to make someone very happy, GLWS!

Yup I’m probably giving the car away even with it needing the tranny detent spring fixed and the title. I mean, if I had a chance to buy a genuine 1973 RS for 80K today that had a salvage title because it was written off but truly original and actually never been in an accident or anything…I wouldn’t even think about it. That’s kind of how I see it.
I’m reinstalling the regular seats and no cage.
Showing Mr. Black this Thursday and I believe he might be trailered out of my garage then.
thanks for all the interest!
