hi guys, I’m also looking into this but can’t get confirmation. Does this allow the removal of the front diff and axles? I want to fully convert my 997.2 pdk to rwd and then convert to cup suspension but I have my doubts on this allowing that?

Not sure on 997.2, 997.1 tt (c4/c4s is purely mechanical) just has a temp sensor and 2 actuator signals coming out of the front diff. The 9ff is just used to duplicate the signal to trick the car into thinking nothing is removed. Then you remove everything forward from the trans. On the 997.2 I think the front diff may be more complex electronically but i cant tell you for sure. Youll have to do some research into wiring diagrams or maybe if youre lucky get in contact with 9ff lol. I went through all the diagrams and I realized on the 997.1 tt its possible to DIY the signal spoofing with resistors etc but im obviously lazy and just feel like buying something instead.

Ok, they look identical in photos and looking at the connectors. I’ll see if I can find a diagram to compare.

I looked at them a bit as well, unless the awd control module is different then it should be fine barring any software changes after the facelift.
Also, you having PDK might make a difference but I am not sure. I am only educated on manual .1 and .2 cars.
