Check your trailex spring hangers...
So, every trailer trip I make starts or ends by driving the length of the long island expressway and the length of NYC—where potholes outnumber cars.
The leaf springs on our trailex trailers attach to aluminum channel rails, reinforced with these plates
The top of the photo shows the “before”. The bolt holding the spring and axle to the trailer was moving around, hanging by a paper thin shoulder The bottom one is the “after” with the replacement plate from Carl @trailex.

Good maintenance check advice.
I had bump stops added to my Trailex frame rail to cushion the impact when they "top out". Was seeing some tire rubbing in the fender well (when topping out on bumps/humps).

Great advice! I just got my leaf springs this week and was looking to replace this weekend, will make sure to check out this plate during tear down.
@Kein Ersatz what bump stops did you add?

I found these on eTrailer and might give the Timbrem enhancement system a try
