Funny you mention this. After trying in vain to get ahold of anyone at Futura, via email, phone, web form and the like I gave up. A reliable dealer network, spare parts, and the delivery itself would have to be way easier than this for me to part with cash.

So I looked at Timpte. They are American-made in Nebraska and have a huge history of making stout commercial grain trailers and such. I think some of the specs aren't quite as good as Futura (width, using cables vs synth ropes now, approach angle is 1 degree more). But other than that, almost the same thing. Complete Trailer here in Texas has them in stock. Done. Bought the 720 model just now.

Would love to hear any experiences folks have with Timpte as a vendor and the overall quality of the trailer. If not, I guess I am the Rennlist beta tester. I will report back.

@kgorman It's been a while since you made this post. How are you liking the Timpte trailer?

Still love it. A couple notes.

The new version is hydraulic, not sure I would want that. I like the simple design.

always keep your battery charged. The little solar panel included is a joke. They really should have included a DC/DC charger with this.

I wish they made the L track holes the entire length.

otherwise love it
